If you have any issue with the fit of your product when it arrives from us we will always request that we attempt to fix the problem before agreeing any refund. Some products can take up to three iterations to get a good fit but we will always work toward correcting issues in the first instance.
If you brought a problem to our attention within 28 days of the delivery of your product and we have been unable to rectify it to your satisfaction we will offer a full refund. You will need to return your product to us at the address we will supply and your refund will be paid into any bank account you nominate by direct transfer within 21 days of the receipt of the goods
Over 21 Days
Any problems reported to us outside of the 21 day refund period will always be solved as long as they are within the warranty for the product. If we are unable to solve a problem with your product to your satisfaction we may agree a proportional refund of your order value entirely at our own discretion.
