Three drivers (one bass, one mid, one treble) give you more flexibility to EQ your mix just as you need it whether performing, editing, mixing or listening.
Our standard tuning gives you rich deep bass and sparkling highs but the separate mids and treble and enormous standalone bass driver mean you can drive it just how you like, as hard as you like.

Individual Tuning.
Every 03 Series earpiece is micro-acoustically tuned to the ear that it’s made for. We control the shape of your sound to make sure that it hits the sweet spot compensating for any variations in the size and shape of the ear. Not only does this mean that we know your monitors will sound awesome but we can guarantee that they’ll sound just as awesome to the whole band. Every sound channel diameter is tuned to within 1/100mm varying with its length to make sure we achieve it.

03 Series earpieces come with a full 24-month warranty; double that of anyone else in the industry. All repairs are serviced within our standard 48 hours and you don’t even need to send your earpieces to us. In most cases we can diagnose the problem remotely and send a solution to wherever you happen to be and even if you lose the whole lot we’ll see you right with half-price replacements for a full four years.

So how do we get started?
To You.
First, we’ll need to get your ear impressions. Wherever we can we’d much prefer to come to you and take them ourselves but, if that’s not possible, we’ll hook you up with someone we trust. It’s a completely painless process that takes about 10 minutes and however it’s done it’s included in the price. If you already have your own impressions (either digital or physical) you can send those in too and we can get started straight away. If you’re sending physical impressions please use a trackable service.
To Us.
Once your impressions are in the office we get to work and get your products ready to ship within 48 hours. If you have a specific date you need your order by make sure you tell us so we can take account of shipping times. Ensure that your invoice is settled and that the shipping address shown on it is correct so that production is not delayed.
To You.
As soon as your order is ready we’ll get it out to you. Earplugs will come through your door but monitors will require a signature. If you have any problems using or fitting your new ears please don’t hesitate to get in touch, you’re covered by all our guarantees and we’re always here to help.
